Oberstaufen is the only Schroth cure resort in Germany, a natural therapy with over 200 years of tradition.
The Schroth cure, named after the carter and natural healer Johann Schroth, is a holistic method combining nutrition, body wraps, movement and rest. It helps the body to detox and find new energy.
The four pillars
